Leading teams to greater outcomes
In each of my last three roles, I've led teams of up to 12 members, with a commitment to inspiring innovation and driving high productivity. My leadership approach melds strategic vision with operational efficiency, ensuring overall high performance. I prioritize cohesive alignment between my team and cross-functional partners, fostering a streamlined path to success.
All analytics, all the time
In my role, proficiency with a diverse array of digital tools — including Heap, SEMRush, HubSpot, Google Ads and Google Sheets — is paramount. I am adept at navigating through multiple platforms simultaneously and tracking all touch points of the marketing lifecycle. My commitment to maximizing marketing spend has always been a key focus mine since my time at Square, where I successfully introduced multi-touch attribution.
Creating community to enhance product virality
As tools have become more collaborative and social, the needs of marketers generate a sense of community has evolved as well. If our most cost effective conversion is virality, I work to identify opportunities and present users with ways to be involved, gamify, and take part in our community, increasing brand loyalty and LTV in the process.
Not just an eye for design, but skills in design too
Working alongside some of the most talented creatives at Square has been an invaluable experience, providing me with deep insights into compelling design. This journey has sharpened my proficiency in tools like Figma, FigJam, Affinity Designer, and Framer. With these skills, I efficiently adhere to brand guidelines and quickly execute design tasks.
